And where is Air?
One problem I would have with those builds, for solo use anyway, is the lack of Aura of Restoration, unless you were guaranteeing that you would be able to take out everything you're fighting before you died.
allow me to suggest an Air build - although I acknowledge Air skills lack AoE but still, to complete the set...
1. Air Attunement
2. Aura of Restoration
3. Ride the Lightening {E}
4. Tenai's Wind
5. Lightening Touch/Shock
6. Whirlwind
7. Lightening Orb/Blinging Flash
8. Chain Lightening/Blinding Flash

Try to steer clear from too many spells that cause Exhaustion. Double Dragon and Meteor together means double exhaustion. You might want to cast these seperate from each other, the same goes for the Earth build.
This thread is old, but I made sure to change it around now that skill updates are more common.

If you dont want to get up too close lose Aftershock for Stone Daggers. This works for PvE as well. Earth could definately do well solo in the case of Sliver Armor; there is no such thing as Silver Armor. good luck.

First, I have not tried any of your builds yet, but I have a concern.
No healing? Solo without healing is not good (in my opinion).
Fire:
Firestorm, Meteor and I think Double Dragon take a bit to cast. Mesmers will eat you alive.
Earth:
Stoning without weakness just does damage. Where is protection form Elements or Melee?
Otherwise, nice builds.

he didnt include air cause air doesnt have any AoE besides chain lightning...
anyway, too many damage spells, no energy management besides single attunement which wont be enough in neither build and no self healing, not even aura of restoration...
for PvE I'll definatly use dual attunements+aura of restoration in all of these builds. so that's 3 skills taken and energy management+self healing taken care of. next I'll have a spammable skill, aka flare/stone daggers/ice spear especially for self healing needs. than for earth/water a ward and/or some utility skill and the rest AoE damage skills. no room for res sig... as for fire, perhaps a skill from your secondary profession and the rest AoE damage skills. res sig is optional but not recomended as the build is tight as it is...

Actualy i didn't post air beasuse i was still testing it
Sliver armor:
Enchament spell. For 5..11 seconds you have a 25-50% chance to block attacks and whenever you are the target of a hostile spell or attack one nearby foe is struck for 5-35 earth dmg.
Double dragon takes .75 seconds to cast
fire storm is 2 seconds to cast
if you can't handle the double exhaution the use phenoix or flare instead of meteor

The reason for no healing is that i run these builds with 618 health and 99 energy so by the time my health is low they are already dead. If you want healing then swap out the attunment for aura of restoration.
